Sections <br /> 105.5 and R105.5 of the Intemational Building Code and International Residential Code state <br /> that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for <br /> more than 180 days. Work under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br /> 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br /> your last inspedion, or <br /> 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br /> 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing jusdfiable cause for extension. <br /> It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br /> all required inspections are performed. Please aontad us by August i, 2011 to schedule <br /> inspections or request ex6ension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without <br /> final approval. <br /> Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br /> once again reaches expiration.
