I misunderstood when my electrician coliected for the cost of the permit, I thought that he had it inspected. When i received the notice from your office, I did not even open it, thinking that it was the permit and filed it with the house papers. Recently we were looking through our papers while we were changing insurance companies, and I read this notice for the first time. Please explain what I will need to do to have this completed.
