The 1'�" copper waste from the wash basin has a hole <br /> in it and water runs onto the ground. A short section <br /> of this pipe must be replaced. <br /> 2. The side sewer (building sewer) is plugged and water <br /> • is rsnninq onto the ground at the Southwest corner <br /> of the house. Rout or repair sewer as necessary. <br /> 3. The hot water valve on the bathtub is stripped and <br /> cannot be shut off. Repair or replace valve. <br /> 4. The bathtub drain is plugged and water stands in the <br /> tub. Rout waste lines from tub. <br /> 5. The ballcock (flushing mechanism) in the toilet tank <br /> leaks and doesn't shut off. Repair or reolace assembly. <br /> 6. The kitchen sink trap has been wrapped with tape but <br /> leaks. Replace trap. <br /> _ � .4, <br />
