I gave you a copy of the letter but one <br /> is attached to this memo. <br /> Today, I received a ca11 from Bud Alkire, of the Everett Housing <br /> Authority, who is the brother of the property owner, and the <br /> property owner is out of the State at this time. <br /> After some discussion with Mr. Alkire, I told him that I would not <br /> require the windows to be changed but I will require tha shutters <br /> over the operable portion of the window to be removed. The <br /> shutters are ornamental and serva no purpose and the code states <br /> that operable portions of the windows are not to be obstructed by <br /> such ornamentation. I told him to place the shutters next to the <br /> windows if the ornamental effect was to stay in tact. <br />
