It seems the neighbors on one side have a sheet <br /> metal shop and they have thrown metal all over and into the alley <br /> too. The neighbors on the other side have alot of qarbage stacked <br /> up and the doqs in the neighborhood dump it over and carry it around - <br /> Mr. Williams said between the two the place is a real mess.
