Kitchen sink drain leaks through the floor of the <br /> kitchen and into the foundation area of the building. <br /> The kitchen floor around the area of the sink is <br /> saturated aith water and is rotted. (Sec. 1001 (b) 14. <br /> and (c) 2. ) <br /> 2• A kitchen electrical outlet located on the south wall <br /> smokes when used. (Sec. 1001 (e) . ) <br /> 3. The kitcl�en door leading to the exterior o£ the unit <br /> does not close and secure properly. (Sec . 1U01 (h) 2. ) <br /> 4. New wallboard has been installed on the kitchen ceiling <br /> and the upper parameter of the walls .
