Housino Inspector , City of Everett <br /> DATE: December 29, 1992 <br /> SLIBJ : 2817 Pine Street <br /> I received a complaint from the tenants of the lower <br /> apartment unit located at the sub�ect address concerning the <br /> r_onditions ot their apartment. The tenant indicated that <br /> very little work had been done since my previous inspection <br /> on January 11 , 1990. He also indicated that ownership of the <br /> tuilding had changed several times since the last inspection . <br /> An inspection was conducted today and the following <br /> deficiencies were noted: <br /> 1 , Windows are loose in their casings. <br /> 2, The vertical column supports for the fr-ont oorch <br /> roofi are deteriorated , loose and can be easily <br /> moved. <br /> 3. The roof over the kitchen area leaks . <br /> �� 4 . Wood members within the fioundation area are in <br /> � contact with the earth and are rotted . <br /> 5. Vertical supports have shifted , lean , and a�e <br /> detective. This indicates a lack of bracing . <br />
