The buildings structural systems have been severely damaged by fire. The building is so damaged that it has
become structurally unsafe.
2. The structure lacks sufficient structurai strength and stability that it is likely to partialiy or completely collapse.
3. The building to the north(2815 Pine St) is compromised due to the unstable conditions present at this structure.
This building should not be occupied until the damaged structure is no longer a hazard.( It should be noted at
this time that the building at 2815 Pine St appears to have an unlawfully created ad occupied apartment at the
basement area along with other work performed without permits. i recall an attempt to abate this condition by
this oce at previous inspections.A Stop work order was posted without response. In summary this building
has outstanding code violations of record.)
4. The fire damaged structure at 2817 Pine St is Unsafe and Dangerous per section 108 of the Iternational
Property maintenance Code.
5.
