PUBL/C N/O/ZK5 <br /> June 12, 1998 <br /> Michael Hounshell <br /> Automodve Maintenance Supply, Inc. <br /> 21020 67th West <br /> Lynnwood, WA 98036 <br /> Subject: 2915 Pine Street <br /> Driveway <br /> Dear Mr. Hounshell: <br /> Further to our previous discussions and your letter of May 30, 1998, I have enclosed the relevant <br /> sections of the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 13.16, relating to your driveway on Pine Street. <br /> The sections of the code applicable to your situation are as follows: <br /> * 13.16.O10.D. which defines a driveway approach. <br /> * 13.16.OSO.F. identifies alley access requiremenL � � <br /> * 13.16.OSO.G. identifies access for commercial purposes. <br /> * 13.16.100. dces not allow right-of-way to be used for private commercial purposes. The <br /> section further states that a driveway approach shall not be permitted unless the vehicle can <br /> be parked entirely within the private property lines. <br /> * 13.16.110. authorizes variances if certain conditions are present. <br /> It is our opinion that you would be unable to meet all of the conditioas necessary to forward your <br /> request to City Council. If you do not agree, please provide a letter detailing how your request <br /> meets the four (4) conditiotu noted.
