Foley: ' <br /> It has been brought to the attention of the city that the structures <br /> you own at 2921 Pine and 2923 Pine are open again. <br /> During an inspection of the structures on April 9, 1985, it taas noted <br /> that the structures are being entered and a great deal of vandalism <br /> is in progress. <br /> Transients are utilizing the structures as sheltet•s and have caused <br /> an undue liardship for neighboring residences. <br /> These structures are oosted "Iiiegal to Occupy". This means that no <br /> c,ie is to enter either of t`,ie structures unl.ess it is to i��ork on them <br /> or demolisli them. <br /> The structures are a hasardous nuisance and/or dangerous to the health, <br /> safety and lvelfare of the general public as defined in the Uniform <br /> Housing Code and the Code for the AUatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Please take the necessary steps to correct the serious problems with <br /> these structures. 1'ou are requested to contact the Building Inspection <br /> Departrnent within five (51 days of your receipt of this letter with <br /> plans to correct tlie proUlems.
