The debris is a result of <br /> demolishing the building on the property. <br /> It is a requirement of City codes that all demolition debris be <br /> removeJ from the site when a building is razed. <br /> An inspection of the area was conducted and the property, in its <br /> present condition, constituted a violation of Chapter 8 of the City <br /> of Everett Municipal Code.
