Poley: <br /> It has been brought to the attention of the city tliat the structurr; <br /> you oti.m at 2921 Pine and 2923 Pine are open again. <br /> During an inspection of the structures on April 9, 1985, it was noted <br /> that the structures are being entered and a great deal of aandalism <br /> is in progress. <br /> Transients are utili:ing the structures as shelters and ha�•e caused <br /> an undue hardship for neighboring residences. <br /> These structures are nosted "Ille�al to Occupy". This means that no <br /> one is to enter either of the stivctures unless it is to ��ork on them <br /> or demolisli them. <br /> The structures are a hazardous nuisance and/or dangerous to the health, <br /> safety and weifare of the gencral public as defined in the Uniform <br /> Housing Code and the Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Flease take the necessary steps to correct the serious problems r;ith <br /> these structures. You are requested to contact. the Building Insnection <br /> Departrnent within five (5) days of your receipt of this letter �aith <br /> plans to correct the problems.
