, <br /> 207 <br /> ; �'��s���''-� <br /> May 19, 1982 <br /> Roll was called on the motion to adopt the resolutions for allocating � <br /> 1982 revenue sharing f�mds with all Councilmen voting yes , except <br /> tm <br /> Councilman Gipson, who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> AIR FAIR RESOLUTION - (CB 825-221) <br /> Moved by Coimcilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Stephanson, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 2113 as follows : <br /> A RESOLUTION prohibiting parking during the 1982 <br /> Washington State International :�ir Fair at <br /> Paine Field, july I7 - 18, 1952. <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 46. 08. 050, E.C.C. , provides that the City Council <br /> may, by resolution, designate street or• alley areas where parking shall <br /> be regulated, restri�ted, or prohibited; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Washington State International Air Fair Board of <br /> Directors has requested a "No Parking 8; 00 a.m. to 12 midnight" <br /> restriction for a two-day period, July 17 and 18, 1?82 in the vicinity <br /> of Paine Ficld; and the Washington State International Air F'air Board <br /> od Directors will furnish, install, and remove the "No Parking" <br /> signs ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Cotmcil doea desire to prohibit the pPrking of <br /> vehicles on cer�ain streets or portions thereof during the time of <br /> the Air Show; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett that: • <br /> All vehicles be prohibited from parking in the following <br /> locations from 8: OU a.m. to 12 midnight on July 17 & 18 , 1982. <br /> a) 20th Ave. West, both sides , from SR 526 to the Haul Rd. <br /> b) Airport Rd, both sides, from tihe So City Limits to SR 526 <br /> c) Casino Rd (86 St SW) , both sides , from Airport Rd to <br /> 18th Ave TJ <br /> and the Chief of Police ia hereby authorized to enforce these <br /> restrictions , including the authnritq to two away violators if <br /> deemed necessary. <br /> Roll wris called with all Cotmcilmen voting yes , except Councilman <br /> Gipson, who was excused. , <br /> Motion Carried <br /> � EASEMENT - (CB 825-222) <br /> Moved by Cotmcilman M3chelson, seconded by Coimcilman Overstraat, to <br /> accept e�sement and apgurtenant water facilities for Everett Pacific <br /> Hotel from Everett Hotel, at 3105 Pine St. <br /> Ro11 was called with all Cotmcilmen voting yes , except Councilman <br /> Gipson, who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried <br />
