Provide the Fire Department Nith a copy of your most recent maintenance <br /> inspection for the automatic hood fire extinguisher system in the kitchen. <br /> 4. Provide covered metal container(s) for the disposal of combustible waste <br /> materials behind the bar in J.J. Hill 's room. <br /> 5. Remove the item(s) which would hinder or make hazardous egress from the <br /> premises. <br /> a. The helium and carbon dioxide pressurized tanks shall be moved to <br /> another location other than an exitway and provided with restraining <br /> chains kept in place. •..+�� <br /> b. North end exit landing (also used as a service entrance to the <br /> kitchen) must be kept clear at all times (l �gtal cart and large <br /> garbage container there on this inspection) . <br /> A reinspection of this business witl be conducted on or after December 2, <br /> 1985.
