Variance Request for Voth Brothers Construction The Planning Department has been working closely with Voth Brothers Construction, the developer of a 262 room hotel and convention center and is aware of the request for a vaziance from the GS foot height limitation in the C-2 zone. The requested variance is to allow two elevator shafts and a stair tower only to extend above the maximum building height allowed by the Zoning Code. The Planning Depaztment has reviewed and approved the Applicant's pceliminary site plan for this project. Our SEPA review induded a consideration of the potential for view blockage to occur, and we have issued a"Final Declazation of Non-�ignificance tndicating that we d�• not feel that significant environmental impacts would occur.
