During the inspection several deficiencies were noted pursuant to the <br /> Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by the Ciry of Everett. These <br /> dzficiencies are considered sufficient to declare the building to be substandard and may endanger the life, <br /> limb, health, property, safery or welfare of the occupants or the public in accordance with the Uniform <br /> Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Specifically, the structure has safery and structural deficiencies with a garage roof and walls. Beams and <br /> rafters appear deteriorated, the roof is severely bowed. The rear wall adjacent to the alley is deteriorated, <br /> leaning. The sheathing and siding,are broken,missing and deteriorated. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions.
