She reported that design 'guidelines for the <br />Rucker -Grand Avenue Historical zone have been developed and <br />that a number of buildings have been added to the Historical <br />Registers. She explained that grant money had been received <br />and acknowledged the City for their support. <br />CONSENT ITEMS. <br />Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Campbell <br />to adopt the following consent agenda items: <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br />To adopt Resolution No. 3653 authorizing claims against the <br />City of Everett in the amount of $1,791,736.93 for the period <br />of July 20, 1992 through July 24, 1992. <br />w.o, ay76-t <br />JOB COMPLETE <br />To accept the demolition of 32010 3205 and 3209 Cedar Street; <br />and 3202 and 3208 Pine Street as complete and begin the 30 day <br />retention period for the release of the retained amount to J. <br />Harper ;ontractor. <br />Roll was called on the consent agenda items with all councilmen <br />voting yes except Councilmen Anderson and Diamond who were <br />excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT - REGIONAL NARCOTICS TASK FORCE <br />Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br />authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement for the <br />Snohomish Regional Narcotics Task Force. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br />Councilmen Anderson and Diamond who were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />
