WASHINGTON <br />Mr. James Renfro 99201 <br />3211 Pine INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Renfro: <br />On April 4th, 1973 and again on July 26th, 1973 1 wrote to you regarding <br />the condition of your residence at 3211 Pine Street specifying certain <br />Housing Code violations. <br />As of this date there has been no building permit issued and no work <br />accomplished to correct the deficiencies as outlined in my letter dated <br />April 4, 1973. <br />In order to preclude legal actin, please contact me within the next <br />ten (10) days at which time we can also arrange an appointment for an <br />interior inspection of the residence. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
