October 18, 1973 <br />Mr. James Renfro <br />3211 Pine <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Renfro: <br />On April 4th, 1973 and again on July 26th, 1973 I wrote to you regarding <br />the condition of your residence at 3211 Pine Street specifying certain <br />Housing Code violations. <br />As of this date there has been no building permit issued end no work <br />accomplished to correct the deficiencies as outlined in my letter dated <br />April 4, 1973. <br />In order to preclude legal action, please contact me within the next <br />tw (10) days at which time we can also arrange an appointmot for an <br />interior inspection of the residence. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
