WASHINGTON <br />RE: Residence 3211 Pine, Everett, WA. su:m <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />On 10-25-78 at 0845 hours, a home inspection was conducted <br />at the above captioned address. This inspection was at the <br />request of the Department of Social and Health Services, <br />represented by Mr. Charles Braunger, and with the consent <br />of the tenants thereof. <br />Items requiring attention are enumerated below: <br />1. Lack of adequate heating facilities. <br />2. Lack of required electrical lighting. <br />3. Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and removal. <br />4. Infestation of insects. <br />5. Deteriorated flooring in bathroom. <br />6. Kitchen floor out of plumb, indicating foundation support <br />problems. <br />7. 2iazardous wiring - upstairs bedrooms. <br />8. Electric hot water tank not equipped with a safety relief <br />valve. <br />9. Wiring to tank has been spliced and taped. <br />10. Plumbing is deteriorated. <br />11. Three rooms have deteriorated, crumbling, or loose plaster, <br />and holes in walls. <br />12. Two windows are broken and faced with cardboard. <br />13. Deteriorated waterproofing of exterior walls. <br />14. Rear door is nailed shut. <br />15. Litter and debris on back porch. <br />16. Garage is filled with garbage. <br />17. Garage is delapidated and in dangerous condition. <br />
