Box 5044 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Dear Sir: <br />An investigation was made by this department on 12/28/78 <br />of property owned or occupied by you located at 3211 Pine St., <br />Everett At this time, we found large <br />amount of solid waste in house and shed and litter around lot - <br />house vacant <br />This is in violation of the Snohomish Health District's Solid <br />Waste Regulations, This condition may attract rodents and <br />flies and must be corrected. Garbage must be stored in <br />moisture -proof, fly -tight containers. <br />You are hereby notified to make the necessary correction within <br />seven days, and notify this office at 259-0693 when the <br />correction is made.
