It <br />3 pine street, everett, Wa 982C; <br />(206) 258-4548 <br />September 5, 1984 <br />Mr. Larry Callahan <br />City of Everett Building Dept. <br />3002 Wetmore Ave <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr, Callahan, <br />As 1 told you in your office Tuesday morning, Component Concepts is <br />getting ready to begin construction on the new addition to our building. <br />In order to help our project proceed efficiently, we would request that the <br />city allow us to move the temporary mobile offices that are currently parked <br />in the front parking lot of Component Concepts. We would like to move <br />them to a location behind our building on the east side. <br />Neither building requires water or sewer service. Electrical service will <br />be handled by Rodgers Electric. <br />Kirtley Cole Associates will be coordinating the design and construction of <br />our project. Ray Kirtley has assured us that our plans will be approved <br />and stamped by a structural engineer in order to expedite the city's <br />review process. <br />We are pleased that the city has been so patient, understanding and <br />forgiving during this time with our temporary buildings. Hopefully, <br />we can complete this project quickly and efficiently as possible, so that <br />we can reapply ourselves to projects more suited to an electronics test <br />lab. <br />We are most interested in doing whatever is necessary to comply with <br />city requirements.
