During the inspecdon today, it was noted that this item had not been <br />�� <br />corrected. To help clarify "operable window", the Uniform Housing Code states: <br />Sec.801. Sleeping rooms below the fourth story shall have a least one operable <br />window or exterior door approved for emergency escape or rescue.
