April 15, 1989
Bill O'Brien
5307 33rd Ave W
Everett, WA 98203
Job Ad3ress:
Permit Number(s):

909 Pine St (Parcel B)
20300
Date of Permit(s): August 19, 1988
ri
.."—"„-,—"
i
CTY OF
everett
PUBLIC WOPKS DEPRqTMENT
]200 CEOApSTREET
EVERETT.WASMINGTON
9820i
A review of our inspection records reveals that the last inspection made at
the subject address was on Seotember 29, 1988.
Section 303(b) of the Uniform IIuilding Code provides that permits expire by
limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by
permit is suspended, after the work is commenced, for a period of 180 days.
The Code also requires final inspection.prior to occupancy for.all permits
issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to call for the
necessary inspections. Hecause of these time frames, your permit has already
expired.
However, the City of Everett is at this time extending a one-time grace
period to holders of recently expired permits. If pou wish to recommence
work you may renew your permit at no cost for an adclitional 1B0 day period
by submitting a written reauest to this office. The renewal request must
reach us by April 30 1989. If the work has been completed, you•may call for
final inspection before April 30th. pny corrections required must be
completed and final approval obtained hefore that date. Permits that have
been neithAr finaled nor extended by April 30 1989 will expire. To renew
the work or obtain an inspection will then require the payment of a fee.
You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street,
Everett, WA 98201. If you have questions or want to request an inspection,
please call us at 259-8810, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday throuqh Friday.
Sincerely,
ALFRED R.
