(c). <br />6. The building is open to the public and i3 � <br />hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />welfare of minor children in the area as well as <br />the qeneral public. Sec. 401. <br />Violation� pursuant to Sec. 16.69.20, of the Everett <br />Municipal Code: <br />1. The building ha� been situated on the new property <br />£or more than 120 days.
