The plans and <br />specifications have been approved and are awaiting our <br />contractor, Dennis Keel to pick them up. <br />The reason for the delay was due to problems associated with <br />contractor bids and specifically, financing due to the <br />nature of the project. As of this date, however, the <br />financing commitment has been arranged and we are prepared <br />to go ahead, suUject to final paperwork being escrowed and <br />signed.
