I just recently sent a letter to the director� Paul Roberts relating to that property, and at the time I sent the letter I �vas not aware of your supplemental notice and order. For your information I enclose a copy of the letter that was sent to Ptr. Roberts and request of you the same as I requested of him, patience while we get control of this situation in order to take care of it. I trust you and the city of Everett are aware that Pir. Keith Fryer has filed a petition in Uankruptcy, and under the law, no one may take any action against Dir. Fryer or his property because of the automatic stay provisio_+s of 11 U.S.C. 362. For you to pro- ceed against the property, you �aou7.d first need to obtain the ap- proval of the bankruptcy court. All of that is not going to Ue ne- cessary, as my client is willing as soon as he can obtain control oE the situation to iaork with you to get the problem cleared up. Piy client is as much distress�l�rl upset at the condition of the property as you are, since ittas substantially affected the value and now the property in its current condition is not worth �ohat is owed to my client. 6ut, because of the bankruptcy, my client has no recuurse but to take �vhat he can get, which is take the property and get out of it �ahat he can.
