Tyler: <br />It has come to my attention that you have issued a supplemental <br />tiotice and order regarding the aUove property dated September 22, <br />1992. I just recently sent a letter to the director� Paul Roberts <br />relating to that property, and at the time I sent the letter I �vas <br />not aware of your supplemental notice and order. <br />For your information I enclose a copy of the letter that was <br />sent to Ptr. Roberts and request of you the same as I requested <br />of him, patience while we get control of this situation in order to <br />take care of it. <br />I trust you and the city of Everett are aware that Pir. Keith <br />Fryer has filed a petition in Uankruptcy, and under the law, no <br />one may take any action against Dir. Fryer or his property because <br />of the automatic stay provisio_+s of 11 U.S.C. 362. For you to pro- <br />ceed against the property, you �aou7.d first need to obtain the ap- <br />proval of the bankruptcy court. All of that is not going to Ue ne- <br />cessary, as my client is willing as soon as he can obtain control <br />oE the situation to iaork with you to get the problem cleared up. <br />Piy client is as much distress�l�rl upset at the condition of the <br />property as you are, since ittas substantially affected the value <br />and now the property in its current condition is not worth �ohat is <br />owed to my client. 6ut, because of the bankruptcy, my client has no <br />recuurse but to take �vhat he can get, which is take the property <br />and get out of it �ahat he can. <br />Your understanding and patience would be greatly appreciated. <br />Very truly yours, <br />� / <br />ALD P.
