According to our records this permit is well past its expiration <br />date. Please note on the enclosed inspection activity report that the correction remaining <br />involves a guard rail, which is a safety issue. <br />If work has been completed, you may request Final inspections. Final approvals must be <br />obtained by April 15, 2005. After that date work under these permits will no longer be <br />authorized, and your permit file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming without <br />final approval. These records are available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. <br />If you wish to resume work in the future, a new permit must be obtained.
