The angle of the roof rake allows for R-30 between ceiling joists -roof itch - 8/12. Original
gj P
submission has been corrected. Wall thickness is now 2 x 6 framing. Floors joists thickness is governed by
exterior foundation height and existing floor levels, thus must be 2" x 6" in size. A batton system to extend
depth or hold in insulation can be employed. Please see "Typical Wall Section".
GR: 2. Please see "Proposed Bathroom Extension" drawing.
3. Please see "Exterior Floor Plan", "Proposed Bathroom Extension and East Elevation". Though the
Study (previously labeled B/R) may meet current code requirements when shared lighting is considered - this
room is used only as a study by Mr. Coblentz a single man living alone and senior citizen. He doesn't want to
alter his home, now to qualify a second bedroom. An additional hall window would have to be enlarged.
I hope that you find the enclosed revised drawings more useful.
Kind ,
kC Farnsworth
CEF:slc
: Enclosures 0 n nn
Ul9` DoIUD Q J. 1996
CITY Q7 EV" 1" .
Bid& Purnllt l Ott ,t r
: Mailing Address
620 S.E.
