WHEREAS, Owner's property and the adjacent public �ights o[ way have been deterr '.�ed to require a covenant consenting to the formatlon ot a local improve- ment districc rather than having Owner make specitic improveme�ts. Su�h street improvements siiall not be limited to the half street abutting the property; for example, where no permanent street improvement existed, the street improvement shali be extended beyond the centerlinc a su[ticient distance (l0 [t. rninimum) to permit sate movement of trat[ic. This Covenant consenting to the formation oi a local improvement district applies (and precludes legal protest) only to the formation o[ a local irnprovement district, Owner executing this document retains its, his/her or their rights under law to provide input on the proposed public improvements to be accomplished by such local irnprovement district including nature and type of improvements as well as tlie proposed or final benefits and assessment theretor. The City shall deliver a signed release of this Covenant to Owner after completion of public improvernents as described tiereinabove tlirougli the tormation o[ a local improvement district and atter transmittal of the final assessment roll to the County ot Snol�omisli pursuant to law. Tlie City may not utilize this Covenant for tlie formatlon ot more than one (1) local improvement district.
