Based on conversations with botn <br />Steve Ingalsbe and yourself, there was concern regarding the <br />placement ot portables within thc parking area. Due to the fact <br />that wc were coming in with an addition to this school, you <br />requcsted that additional parking be provided prior to the <br />approval of the portables. I have just received thc preliminary <br />site plan for the addition to Hawthornc that shows the new <br />parking area. I have enclosed a copy of this plan. Thc <br />portables necdcd For construction will not be on site during the <br />1990/91 school year and can bc addressed during the SPU process <br />for the expansion. <br />In addition to the application for portables, the District has <br />also applied for a modular unit that will be used as a daycare <br />center. Application for this unit was made bascd on a mceting <br />with planninq staff which indicated that only a building permit <br />���ould be necessary.\, , r <br />�.� „ . � ,. , . . <br />It is important that the portable nceded for thc 1990/91 school <br />` � ycar and thc modular unit be approved to ensure their placement <br />in time for fall opening.
