Each unit has a forced, warm-air, electric furnace plus a 53-qallon, <br />electrical, hot-waCer heater. All units are one bath (tub, toilat and <br />' basin) with a Washer/dryer hook-up. The typical kicchen has a sin9le <br />sink c+ith tray, minimum cabinetry, a refriqerator and ranqe/oven with <br />hood/fan. <br />, <br />' <br />' <br />' <br />, <br />t <br />HOUSING 11DMINISTRATION OFFICE: <br />There is a sinqle, detached buildinq, located a: the southwest corner <br />of this project. The units are minimum in quality of materials and minimum sized <br />floor area and/or amenities.
