<br />199907305001, being a portion of Lot 16, Block 5, Beverly Park, according to the plat
<br />thereof, recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 24, records of Snohomish County
<br />Washington, their successors and assigns, the right, privilege and authority to
<br />construct, improve, repair and maintain an Easement for Ingress, Egress and
<br />Maintenance across, over and upon the following described property: located in
<br />Snohomish County, State of Washington, to -wit:

<br />Auditor's File No. 199907305001, beiug a portion of Lot 16, Block 5, Beverly Park,
<br />according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 249 records of
<br />Snohomish County, Washington;
<br />Thence North 23023157" West along said Westerly line of Lot 2, a distance of 20.12 feet
<br />to the Point of Beginning;
<br />Thence continuing along said line, a distance of 10.0 feet;
<br />Thence Southwesterly in a straight line to a point 20.00 feet Northwesterly from the
<br />Southerly live of said Lot 1 and 10.00 feet Westerly from the Easterly line of said Lot 1;
<br />Thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly live, a distance of 10.00 feet to the True
<br />Point of Beginning and Terminus of said Easement;
