December 23, 1994 <br />Bill Wick <br />Wick Towing <br />1112 Grand Ave <br />Eva�ett, WA 98201 <br />•�,Ef'� <br />�/' . <br />� <br />Subject: Easement for Transmiuion Line No. 2 Replacement Project, Phase 4 <br />Dear Mr. Wick: <br />In accordance with our agreement reached in Cnug Fullerton's office on December 22, 1994, the City of <br />Everett agas to the following in exchange for the easement you granted the City for the above-referonced <br />project: <br />Payment of S200.00 - A check in the amount of 5200.00 is attached to this letter. <br />2. Any requirement for street improvements at 3702 Railway Avenue will be fulfilled by the City of <br />Everett (reference condition 4 in Attachment A to Shoreline Substantial Development Permit 10. <br />94). The property owner will not be required to construct or pay for these improvemeMs. <br />3. The Ciry will acquiro and pay for a temporary railroad crouing at the southem end of your <br />property at R■�Iw and California. T6e temporary crossing will be in operation during <br />construction of the above-referenced project. <br />4. The City of Everett '1l reimburse Wick Towing for the cost of hooking up utiGtia for the <br />relocated trailer at Railway and California. <br />Thank you for granting this easement and allowing the City to upgrade its water transmission system.
