We are sorry to inform you that there is no gravity public sanitary
sewer available to the site at this time. Canyon Lumber built tue building you now occupy
with the understanding that it would be used only as a warehouse. It was also understood
that any employees thut may be working in the warehouse would be required to use the
restroom facilities located in Canyon Lumber's main office a short distance away.
There is potential for a connection to a ciry of Everett pressurized sewer main at the west
end of the warehouse property (see attached map). This type of connection is not
commonly done in the city, therefore, the details and engineering specifications for the
connection would need to be agreed upon before any connection could take place.
Lennon Crane employees at this site witl need to make arcangements with Canyon Lumber
£or use of their sanitary facilities if no service is installed or until a sewer service can be
installed.
Please call Paul McKee at 259-8810 if you have any questions or if you need additional
information.
Sincerely,
 Larry Crawfo
Director Engineering/Public Services
ent:i
CITY OF EVERETT• 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 •(206) 259-8800 • Fax (206) 259-8856
