Numerous stop work orders <br />were posted which were disobeyed. On November 9, 1981, you were sent a <br />certitied letter requesting that you contact the Public Works Department to <br />discuss this matter. It is my understanding that you failed to comply with that <br />request. <br />You have received ample notice. The City has made an effort to work with you to <br />resolve this matter. You have failed to contact the City as requested. You will be <br />given no further notice. <br />At this time I am informing you that you have until the Ist day of January, 1982, to <br />eontaet I,erry Crawford, Public Service Manager, at the City of Everett Depart- <br />ment ot Publlc Works.
