As we have had no reply to this letter concerning <br />the above referenced project, we feel that you choose to ignore <br />it, therefore, you are reminded tllat the foundation and footings <br />�vere constructed without first being inspected by this department <br />and that all construction work on this site is hereby ordered <br />stopped. <br />Upon furtlier review of this problem it has since been learned <br />that this foundation is also constructed on fill mzterial of <br />undetermined compaction. <br />Therefore, prior to recommencement of �vork being permitted at <br />this site, a complete soil compaction and load bearing test, <br />shall be conducted by an approved testing inspection agency, <br />in addition to the information reguested in the previous <br />letter. <br />The results of the test together with the testing agencies <br />recommendations sl�all be furnished this department. Upon <br />receipt of the reports this department shall deter.mine in what <br />matter the foundation shall be insoect-ed to insure complaince <br />cvith the Building Code and �ngineers reconunendations. <br />Also, be advised that we are in receipt oi a letter from II & II <br />IIuilders of Lake Stevens, Washington, notiiying this oiiice <br />that they are no longer associated caith this building and rec�uest <br />that we remove their name from the permit. <br />
