n.[. <br />12. All three-pronged electrical outlets are wired wrong and are unsafe. <br />13. The electrical system is old, deteriorated, inadequate for present <br />day usage and has been altered. A new service panel has been recently <br />installed and without the required permit or inspection. This is <br />an illegal procedure. <br />It is recommended that a legal and safe electrical system be installed <br />in accordance with the requirements of the City of Everett Electrical <br />Code. <br />14. The stairway to the attic requires a handrail. <br />15. Dead bushes lying across the wiring in the attic shall be removed. <br />16. Prior to any further placement of gypsum in the attic spaces it should <br />be noted that areas being sealed off are not being vented. Building <br />permits are required for this work and inspections required to determine <br />if the work is being done correctly. <br />There has been a considerable amount of work done within the structure that <br />requires permits and inspections in accordance with the Uniform Building Code, <br />Plumbing Code and Electrical Code.
