M'ASNINGTON <br />oa:o� <br />INSPCCTION DEP�RTMENt <br />On June 15, 1975, at�the request of the occupant, an inspection <br />�vas conducted at the above referenced location and several <br />discrepancies were found to e::ist. The occupant requested this <br />inspection as several of his appliances had burned out. <br />The service change your company ma�ie is nc;t acceptable, therefore, <br />is rejected as there exists several openings in front of the panel <br />which metal objects or fingers can be inserted which could come <br />in contact with live elements of the service. Section 230-62 of <br />the electrical code requires the instalation of seals. Also, two <br />kitchen and utility outlets (one circuit) were found to be <br />connected to 230 volts. (A reading of 250 meters caas taken on <br />a meter.) The bedroom heater is controlled by a thermostat in <br />the front room contrary to Section 1G.36.050 of. the Everett Mun- <br />icipal Code and Sections 40 ^7' 110-2 and 110-4 of the National <br />Electrical Code. <br />It is understood that you, at one time, stated that you did not <br />install the heaters. Nevertheless, this does not codeeviolations <br />from the responsibility of correcting or removing <br />whenever reconnecting a circuit or circuits. <br />�ae will expect that all corrective worY.�vill be complstoflreceipt <br />request for an inspection of same.within ten (10) day <br />of this letter. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact <br />L'a�arence J.
