Structure is open to the public. <br />2. Evidence of transients, wine bottles and sleeping areas, <br />found inside of residence. <br />3. Supports for the back part•of the structure have slipped <br />from footings and the back portion of the house is <br />breaking away from the rest of the structure. . <br />4. Improper plumbing connections �located• under residence. <br />
