The plumbing fixture in the bathtub is illegal and <br />shall be replaced with one where the water spout is <br />higher than the water level of the tub. Also, the <br />tub must be enclosed with materials not adversely <br />affected by moisture. <br />2. The door leading to the second floor must be removed. <br />It is advisable not to replace the door since there <br />is no landing at the opening of it. <br />3. All bedroom windows must be operable. <br />4. All woodrot on the exterior of the structure shall <br />be removed and replaced. <br />5. All wood skirting and support posts shall not be <br />closer than six (6) inches to the earth. <br />6. Wood s�pport posts are slipping and falling over <br />creating structural strain. These foundation sup- <br />port posts shall be reset or replaced according to <br />deterioration. <br />� <br />
