Due to the nature of the concerns, you are requested to <br />replace the portion of your sidewalk that is in need of repair along your property fronts at <br />1702 Rainier Avenue to cornply with Everett Municipal Code 13.08.030 (copy attached). <br />The City currently has a sidewalk repair, replacement maintenance program that allows the <br />City to st of this replacement with you. We offer this shared program to you, where <br />t properly ow pays the material costs and the Ci;y supplies the labor and equipment to <br />co e repairs. <br />Please make arrangements to have this work done within 60 days from the date of this letter <br />by contacting the City's Public lVorks Department Street Work Group or a local vendor.
