April 17, 1969
Jack Montgomery
1817 Rainier Ave
Everett, WA 98201
Job Address:
,
1817 Rainier Ave
Permit Number(s): 19969 (Foundation repair)
Date of Permit(s): April 18, 1968
r
" _ _' J :
CITV OF
everett
FIIBUC WORKS DEPAqiMENT
]200 CEDHSTREET
EVEPETf,W5MIN0TpN
98t01
A review of our records shows that there has been no request for inspection
at the subject address. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits
expire by limitation and become null and void if the building or work
authorized by permit is not commenced within 160 days from the date such
permit is issued, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is
suspanded or r.bandoned at an}• time after the work is commenced for a period
of 180 days. As the permit holder, it is your responsibility to call for
all required inspections while work is in proqress and to call for final
inspection when..the work is comileted and prior to occupancy.
As Your pezmit has already expired, the Code requires that a new permit must
be obtained and additional fees paid before you can zesume work or call for
final inspection. However, the City of Everett is at this time extending a
one-time grace period to holders of recently expircl permits. If you wish
to recortunence work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional
180 day period by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal
request must reach us by April 30,1989. If the work has been completed, you
may call for final inspection before April 30th. pny corrections required
must be completed and final approval obtained before that date. Permits
that have been neithez finaled nor extended by April 30 1989 will expire.
You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street,
Everett, WA 98201. If you liave questions or want to request an inspection,
please call us at 259-8810, 8:U0 FM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sincerely,
ALFRED R.
