No electrical outlets in dining room. <br />2. Water heater relief valve piping should have a <br />cap on the open tee to prevent discharge within <br />the building. <br />3. Non code approved type faucets on tub and lavatory. <br />4. Inadequate electrical service - overfused. <br />5. Electrical extension cord run thru floor for <br />dryer connection hazardous. <br />The above discrepancies are violations of the Uniform Housing <br />Code, which the City of Everett has adopted; and must be <br />corrected within sixty (60) days to insure a healthful and <br />safe environment for your tenants. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
