March 21, 1977 <br />Seattle Mortgage <br />Post Office Box 2231 <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />At your request, this Division has inspected the property <br />located at 1827 Rainier Avenue , Everett, Washington. <br />The following defects must be corrected before we can certify <br />that this structure meets the minimum requirements of the <br />Uniform Housing Code. <br />1. Kitchen sink unvented. <br />2. Bathtub has a non -code faucet. <br />3. window sill height in lower bedrooms does not comply <br />with exit requirements. <br />4. No handrail on interior stairway or rear porch steps. <br />NOTE: There is no plumbing permit on record for the <br />recent hot water tank installation. Thera has <br />not been a final inspection made of the recent <br />electrical panel change. <br />Information on building permits to accomplish this work <br />may be obtained from the Building Inspection Division <br />259-8745, and all corrections must meet the present building <br />codes.
