'UBL/� K/O/�X5 <br />March 13, 1996 <br />Mr. Bruce Jones <br />3419 107th St. SE. <br />Everett, WA. 98208 <br />RE: 1925 Rainier Ave., Everett, WA. <br />Dear Mr. Jones: <br />According to Snohomish Counry records, you are the owner of the property situated at <br />1925 Rainier Ave., Everett, WA. <br />The City of Everett Building Inspection Division received a complaint regarding the <br />sewage draining into the yazd of the house situated at this address. As a result of the <br />complaint, an inspxtion was conducted. <br />The inspection revealed several deficiencies and violations as defined in the City of <br />Everett Uniform Housing Code, Unifortn Building Code, and Uniform Plumbing Code. <br />These deficiencies are sufficient to declare the building to be substandard andJor <br />dangerous as defined in the Uniform Housing Code and the Uniform Code for the <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. A copy of the inspection report is enclosed. <br />As a result of the conditions found at this residence, the house was posted "Illegal to <br />Occupy". Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain <br />vacant until such a time as the repairs have been made in accordance with the current <br />codes. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. Please contact this <br />office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to <br />accomplish this.
