Replace any rotted facia boards <br />to match. Install new continuous aluminum gutters and <br />downspouts, 5", "K" style, anodized finish, owner choice <br />of color. Provide splashblocks at all downspouts. <br />Secure gutters to raf�:er tails 48" O.C. Secure <br />downspouts top, bottom and at all joints. Slope gutters <br />to,drain to downspouts. <br />2. Foundation Remove wood skirting on house complete. <br />- Bring floor over post and pier foundation to a <br />reasonable level. Replace any rotted posts and all <br />unstable post and pier combinations to code. Frame <br />backinq for new skirting on perimeter of house, bottom <br />chord : pressure treated. install new concrete asbestos <br />board skirting, 1/8", on perimeter. Provide vents on <br />each elevation for cross v�ntilation, .5 sq. ft. open <br />area for each vent. - <br />$—���� �o <br />?• Porch Work Tear off existing decking on front porch <br />complete. Tear off board trim around deck, (1 x 10). <br />replace decking with new tongue and groove deck boards <br />and replace board trim around deck. Remove and replace <br />front steps to walk, three equal risers, nominal 2 x 12 <br />clear treads. Repair post in northeast corner of deck. <br />Install new railing to code down back steps : maximum 6" <br />space between ballusters, handrail 30 - 34" above tread <br />nosing, railing 36" above tread nosing. Exterior Paint Power wash exterior siding complete. <br />Scrape any loose or peeling paint down to bare wood on <br />. sidinq and trim. Caulk all openings on exterior around <br />trim on doocs and windows. • prime all new and bare wood <br />with oil base primer. Paint house complete with two <br />coats exterior grade oil base paint, owner choice of <br />color, two colors. Paint front and rear deck and steps <br />with oil base deck paint with abrasive admixture, owner <br />choice of color. <br />�� •- � � <br />�� <br />Interior Paint Prep�re all interior walls and <br />ceilings for paint. L.:rape all l.�ose or peeling paint. <br />Remove tape, staples, loose wallpaper throughost. Patch <br />plaster cracks and holes. Clean wa11s.
