Nelson was doing reroof work at 2023 Rainkkr. Frank Woltring <br />told him to gat a permit. He came in and secured the permit (see attached copy) <br />He stated Acme Construction was doing the work and used F. B. Nelson's Contractors <br />license number. <br />Acme is not licensed. F.B. Nelson has had his license suspended. <br />The State Licenskng Department has been informed of this and they are turning <br />the Suite violation over to the County Prosecutor for action. <br />They suggested we might want to take action against making false statements on <br />an official document. <br />
