June 12, 2013 <br /> BID CALL — PESESTRIAN WALKWAY PROJECT <br /> To authorize the call for bids for the East Pedestrian Walkway <br /> Project, Phase II, Stage 3. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — USE RESTRICTION COVENANT <br /> Moved by Council Member, seconded by Council Member, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services agreement with <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc., to provide environmental classroom <br /> presentations in the Everett Water Service Area in the amount not to <br /> exceed $175,000. <br /> Discussion took place regarding funding for educational presentations. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked if any of the governing agencies <br /> required the City to spend specific dollar amounts. <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works Department, stated he would research the <br /> question and follow up with council members. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 164 <br />
