HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTOR ����� <br />iV' <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 23, 1995 <br />SUBJ: 2610 RAINIER AVE., EVERETT, WA ' <br />An inspection was conducted of ihis house was conduct:.d and the following violations <br />were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1'here is a hole in the floor next to the bathroom door. <br />2, The floor around the toilet is rotted. <br />The back portion of the house sags and slopes to such a degree that the <br />tenanc complains of rolling out of bed. Consequently, the bed has to be <br />situated in such a manner to prevent rolling out of bed. <br />4, The window in the large bedroom dces not open. <br />Thero is trash and debris in the yard. <br />6. There is no handrail on the stairs. <br />There is no weather protection for the exter of the building. <br />g, The rain gutters and eaves of the roof are rotted. <br />md:insrepl <br />
